Customer product designs are routinely evaluated for feasibility of manufacture and occasionally modified to improve  moldability.
 
  We believe quality begins with mold design capability and regard it as the key to successful mold making. We believe that both equipment and management method need to be constantly modified in order to uphold our superior manufacturing capability. We invested in both people and technology to ensure that our designs meet your highest expectations. All mould designs are validated to our clients Mold standards and mold specification.
 
 
   Our engineers have many years of technical experience at injection mould design and mould manufacturing process along with the design instruction by experters from Franch Office!
   Utilizing state-of-the-art computer aided technology; our professional & experienced engineers are responsible for customizing products and other high precision mold design tasks. 

  Mold 2D CAD drawing for approval will be submitted within 3-4 working days; 
 
  Mold detailed drawings for each components will be issued & provided to customer pre-mold shipment.
